When Zach was a little boy he "worked" on construction projects with his father and grandfather. One of his fondest memories was when he was able to go to a job site and watch them build a house, wood by wood, nail by nail. Putting infrastructure in place was fascinating. This led to a hands on appetite which was fueled with unapproved tasks such as taking apart his parent's lawnmower to see how it worked. From there his love for assembly grew.
Zach started helping out when he was old enough, and got his first job pouring concrete for a friend's dad. After learning the trade for two years, he left and started working mainly in roofing, but still completing small construction task on the side. After working in roofing companies for five years he was later hired on by an exterior renovation company where he expanded his construction skills.
Construction has always been in the family, and we hope to give our children the same knowledge that Zach was able to obtain from his childhood. We are currently working with Zach's parents to help build custom homes which you can read more about in projects.
We believe in the unspeakable at Zam Roofing LLC. Though we have faced many challenges, we continue on and persevere through uncertainty. Often we hear; Can you really do that? Our goal, is for all of our customers, employees, and business partners to believe in the unimaginable possibilities.
By protecting your family, we are able to grow ours. We take pride in the art that is your rooftop and want to leave you saying; Wow! You really did that.
While we are only a first year start-up, our vision is to provide everyone in the community with a new roof. Leaks should not be on anyone's priority list.
Zach takes pride in the work he completes for his customers and contractors. Despite asking him what he favorite roof job was, he claims he doesn't have a preference. Each one is unique with what it needs which is why he loves doing construction. Before a long day outside, his favorite stop is at a local coffee shop down the road where he gets a chai tea.
Miranda enjoys being on the backside of the operation, making sure things run smooth. From processing invoices, estimates, and managing the accounting, she is Zach's right hand man. When she is not assisting with day to day operations, she works full-time at a truck brokerage firm and is enrolled at Boise State for her Accounting MBA.
Annabelle works hard to keep everyone motivated to get the job done. Although she loves bringing dad lunch, her favorite time is spending the time with him after school. When she is not motivating she does ballet and tumbling, or sings along to popular Disney songs.
Leon can be found in the snack drawer, or convincing his sisters to sneak him a juice pouch. He makes sure mom and dad are on their toes with snack time, and nap time. Although he is the youngest member of the team, he enjoys antagonizing his sisters or helping them cause mischief.
